Clarity for owners making decisions in complex businesses.
1. Who is this diagnostic for — and who is it not for?
This diagnostic is for established business owners who already have activity — leads, jobs, revenue — but lack reliable visibility into what is actually working and what is not.
It is best suited for owners who:
are responsible for real decisions
want evidence instead of opinions
are willing to look at the business as it is, not as they hope it to be
This work is not for owners who are:
looking for marketing, leads, or growth tactics
seeking reassurance, motivation, or validation
unwilling to question assumptions or existing narratives
The diagnostic is designed for decision clarity — not problem avoidance or quick fixes.
2. What problem is the Business Reality Diagnostic designed to answer?
The diagnostic is designed to answer one practical question:
“What is actually happening inside my business — and which signals can be trusted?”
It clarifies where performance is real, where it is being misread, and where decisions are being made on partial or misleading information.
The purpose is not to optimize or improve anything in the moment, but to establish a reliable picture of reality so future decisions are based on evidence rather than assumption.
The diagnostic includes a structured review of your existing numbers, operating signals, and decision inputs — using a consistent process designed to surface what is reliable and what is not.
That review is translated into a clear, written findings summary that explains:
what the data actually supports
where conclusions are being assumed or inferred
where signals are incomplete, distorted, or misleading
The emphasis is not on volume or complexity, but on making the information understandable, usable, and trustworthy for decision-making.
The diagnostic is intentionally limited to analysis and visibility.
It does not include implementation work, tactical recommendations, or ongoing advisory services. That separation is deliberate. It allows the diagnostic to remain objective, contained, and free from pressure to act prematurely.
Any additional work is considered only after clarity exists — and only by choice. Many owners use the findings to move forward independently. Others decide to re-engage later, once they can see clearly what support would actually be useful.
The diagnostic stands on its own.
5. How long does the diagnostic take from start to finish?
Most diagnostics are completed within approximately 30 days — often sooner once access and required inputs are provided.
The timeline is intentionally designed to be thorough without drifting or creating unnecessary delay. The work remains finite and contained, with a clear beginning and a clear conclusion.
Your involvement is intentionally limited.
You are asked to provide access to relevant information, complete a brief intake, and clarify any data gaps that arise during the analysis. Outside of the scheduled conversations, there are no standing meetings or ongoing time commitments.
This structure allows the work to proceed efficiently without pulling you into unnecessary process or distraction.
Communication is handled via scheduled calls and email to keep the work focused and contained.
At the end, you will receive a written findings summary that explains:
What the data shows
What assumptions are supported
Where current decisions align with reality
You will get a closing call with me to go over the summary. The goal is clarity you can rely on.
The diagnostic is designed to stand on its own.
Its purpose is to establish clear, verified visibility — not to prescribe actions or direct outcomes. During the diagnostic itself, no recommendations are made.
If, after reviewing the findings, you want to discuss possible next steps, that conversation can occur separately and only if requested. It is not assumed, implied, or bundled into the diagnostic.
Many owners use the findings to decide and act independently. Others choose to have a follow-on conversation once clarity exists. Both are valid outcomes.
The triage call is a brief, structured 30-minute conversation used to determine whether a full diagnostic is warranted.
During the call, we review your situation at a high level, surface early signals, and assess whether the conditions are right for the diagnostic to be useful. The purpose is fit and orientation — not advice, problem-solving, or selling.
No commitment is made on this call.
If a diagnostic makes sense, scope and expectations are clarified so you can decide how to proceed. If it does not, that will be stated clearly before any time or money is invested.
10. Is my information kept confidential?
All information shared during the diagnostic is treated as confidential.
A mutual NDA is included as part of the intake process and is completed before any detailed information is reviewed.
This ensures the work can be conducted openly, without hesitation or risk.
